I didn't start this to build a tech company.
I served two tours in Iraq before I was 21. That's where I learned what it looks like when people do hard work under hard conditions — and what happens when they don't have the right support behind them.
After the Army, I spent 20 years building products and companies — including co-founding Potentia Labs, which won a Department of Veterans Affairs Industry Innovation Competition to build software helping veterans with mental health. I'm a product manager by trade. Figuring out what actually works is literally my job.
Then something changed. AI got good enough — and affordable enough — to finally solve the problems that have been crushing small service businesses for decades. The missed calls. The quotes that never get followed up. The reviews that never get asked for. The customers who disappear because nobody reached back out. I started Lenny's Cleaning to prove that these systems actually work, built on a real business, handling real customers.
Now I help other operators do the same thing. Not with theory. Not with a course. With the exact systems I built and run on a real business — adapted to yours.
These are good people doing hard work. Nobody's helping them run the business side. That's what Autobotics is for.
